Family Membership |
Upon registration for classes at Dance Alberta, a Not for Profit Organization, a
Membership Fee of $35 per family will be due. This fee is non-refundable, except in the case of class cancellation by Dance Alberta, on or before December 31st 2008, where absolutely no other suitable class is offered as a replacement. (This applies only to students taking only
one class at Dance Alberta.) The Membership Fee is valid for one full year. |

Dance Alberta depends on, and greatly appreciates the valuable support of its volunteers.

General Tuition Fees* |
The
tuition fee schedule is based on a 35 week season, with
the total tuition amount divided into ten equal
payments. The monthly amount, therefore, does not
correspond to the number of classes in any given month.
Tuition fee amounts are outlined in attached
Form A.

Family and Individual
Caps* |
The Monthly Cap for an Individual student happens when the student is enrolled in 10 or more hours of class at Dance Alberta and will be $364. The Monthly Cap for a family (maximum three students) happens when the family is enrolled in 19 or more hours of class at Dance Alberta and will be $652.
*The Caps are
applicable to
Tuition only
and do not include Costume Fees, Fundraising Fee, or the Family Membership
Fee.
The
Family Cap does not apply to Classes for Adults
(please see separate fee structure on
Form B.)

Costume Deposit |
A deposit of $60 per class (excluding RAD and Tap technique classes) is required for costuming. Please note that this amount is a deposit; the costumes, which will be determined by the teachers closer to the time of the show,
may cost more than the deposit. If such is the case,
the difference will be due before May 1st 2009. The students will be permitted to keep their costumes after the final performance of the season. |

Discounts |
A 10% discount will be applied to
Tuition Fees when payment is made in full, on or before June 30th, 2008. A 5% discount will be applied to
Tuition Fees when the first and last months’ tuitions are paid and a Pre-Authorized Credit Card Form is filled out or Post Dated Cheques for all remaining months are submitted on or before June 30th, 2008.

Class Trial |
New students will be offered the opportunity to “drop in” to a class for which they are considering registration to aid them in choosing the right class. A
$15.00 drop-in fee will be charged, and in the case of registration for said class, the $15.00 will be credited toward the full Tuition amount (proof of payment required.)
Please note that this special rate will only apply to the student’s first trial of the class. If the student wishes to attend the class again, registration must be completed. |
